Region launches International School of Evangelism and Missions
Bragado, Argentina
On Friday, January 14th, the South America Region inaugurated their first International School of Evangelism and Missions. Under the direction of missionaries Tim and Susan McKeithen, classes began on Monday, January 10th for students from Argentina, the Azores Islands, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, the United States, and Uruguay.

For a total of six weeks, students spend three days each week in classes and then apply what they have learned in the South America Evangelism Plan Route 5. Students participate in the evangelistic thrust by reaching out to the first six of many cities located along Route 5, west of the capital city of Buenos Aires.

Twenty professors offer more than 50 classes in all aspects of evangelism, including the following: Personal Evangelism, an Evangelism Explosion Clinic, Evangelism through Compassion, NYI, Sunday School, Mass Media, JESUS Film, the Evangelism Cube and Discipleship.

The International School of Evangelism and Missions was founded by the Church of the Nazarene under the leadership of the SAM Regional Director Bruno Radi (pictured) as a learning center for equipping pastors and laity with the tools needed to share Jesus Christ in an every changing world.
