Combined Children's choir to sing at General Assembly

During Saturday evening, June 25 service at General Assembly, more than 500 children will join with youth and adults to worship through music.

The performance will be directed by Don Reddick, head of the division of Fine Arts at Olivet Nazarene University. There will be one required practice for participants and sponsors held Saturday, June 25 at 4:30 p.m. in the Indianapolis Convention Center. Music for practice will be available prior to General Assembly.

Children who have completed the first through sixth grade are eligible to participate. In addition, one sponsor for every ten participating children will stay with the children. The sponsor will assist in the supervision of the children throughout the afternoon practice and evening performance. Every child will receive a T-shirt that will be worn during the performance. Participating children should wear dark blue slacks, jeans, or skirts.
