God's power and love demonstrated to Nazarene kids

Kidz World daytime activities welcomed more than 600 children this week. Kids experienced a high-energy, fun-filled Hall A with 22 inflatables, a miniature golf course, and a game show just for them. Christian Jones from Van Buren on the North Arkansas district won first place in the Pinewood Derby race. One-hundred preteens experienced a meaningful and inspiring afternoon as they served at the Shepherd's Community Church of the Nazarene.
Thursday night, several hundred children and their families attended the J-Force Worship Service. To start the evening, a Tae Kwan Do team from Korean Nazarene University performed acrobatic acts of marshal arts. Then, Team Xtreme took center stage. They showed their incredible feats of strength as they tore apart entire telephone books and bent steel bars with their bare hands, all while sharing their powerful testimony of God's love.
Dozens of children came forward to receive Christ for the first time or to renew their commitments to Christ. Each child received a copy of My Best Friend, Jesus, a kid-friendly evangelical tool based on the film, The Story of Jesus for Children.
Later, 200 preteens stayed for the Late Nite Preteen Xtreme where one delighted child took home an MP3 Player as a prize. The preteens had a great time at a special party exclusive to them.
Friday night, Kidz Passport to Missions was also a success as more than 20 missionaries, representing all world regions, volunteered to help introduce children to an exceptionally unique hands-on missions experience. More than 1,100 children registered for the various children's activities.
