Eighty-six people attended the seminar, some coming from as far away as Florida. Participants included a large group of Prime Time Ministry leaders, as well as several pastors, educators, denominational executives, and pastoral staff members.

Richard and Leona Bergstrom led the seminars. The Bergstroms, who are from Spokane, Washington, are co-founders of ChurchHealth, with a division called LIFETIME Ministries devoted to assisting churches in developing effective senior adult ministries. Their book, “Amazing Grays," has become a standard for many who work with Prime Time Ministries.

Two sessions were devoted to small groups working together in analyzing and meeting the spiritual, emotional, social, and physical needs of the three age groups; Mid-Life (ages 50-65), Retired Life (65-80) and Senior Life (80+).
