For 20 years he served Lexicon Music and Light Records as an editor, production manager, and vice president of publications. In addition, his arrangements are sought by many leading publishers. Carl is currently a freelance arranger, transcriber, and music typesetter in California. He serves as organist at South Coast Christian Assembly in San Juan Capistrano.
