| | | Thomas R. Briggs | | | | Thomas R. Briggs is currently the senior pastor of Gateway Community Church. He previously served as associate pastor at Gateway, where he headed the drama ministry, serving as writer, director, and actor. Tom is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, where he studied acting and public speaking, graduating with a degree in interpersonal communications in 1995. In 1997 he was ordained as a minister by First Baptist Church of Perrysburg, and in 2000 he graduated with a Master of Divinity degree from Winebrenner Theological Seminary. In addition to his church duties, Tom has also written and produced a number of comedic radio plays and enjoys appearing as numerous personalities and characters weekly on Yes-FM, a local Christian radio station. Tom and his wife Marianne live in Toledo, Ohio. | | | | |
