| | | Bill Ingram | | | | Bill Ingram is the minister of music at First Baptist Church in Baytown, Texas. He received his B.S. from East Texas Baptist University. Since then he has completed over 500 handbell arrangements and compositions including Ring to the Lord and Ring the Bells of Christmas. Ingram is a member and treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Greater Houston Handbell Association. He and his wife, Sylvia have two grown children. | | | | |
