| I really do appreciate your article and your passion. This process of making a church Multi-Ethnic is not easy and I would venture to say most time not successful. I would also suggest that unless everyone is on board, do not attempt it. There is so much time scheduling and being sure each church/ congregation stays out of the others way that it takes away from ministry. HT: Where is the balance of all groups in a multi-ethnic congregation agreeing to adapt for each other? You gave a great biblical answer as to what should happen but you never have that total acceptance of each ethnicity. You create 2 or 3 churches that eventually will collide. If we need more Hispanic churches,start them. If we need Asian churches , start them. |
