Eunice Brubaker was reelected general Nazarene Missions International (NMI) president by the delegates at the General NMI Convention on the second ballot during the Thursday afternoon session. Brubaker has served in this position for the past quadrennium. |

Brower Latz receives "Standing-O," NYI regional presidents named |

Fifteen Nazarene Youth International (NYI) regional presidents were named Thursday, June 23, at the General NYI Convention. Before the regional presidents were named, however, Deirdre Brower Latz delivered her report as 2001-2005 global NYI president. The report was followed by a standing ovation from the hundreds in attendance. |

Mission Strategy announces new mission directors |

Oliver R. Phillips, director for Mission Strategy USA/Canada, announced the appointment, in consultation with the Board of General Superintendents, of three new mission directors. These directors will join three others who will serve through the next quadrennial on a year-to-year contractual agreement. According to Phillips, these changes were inspired and recommended to develop new leadership within the particular people groups, allow for present mission directors the freedom to explore previous local commitments, and facilitate the re-alignment of the present structure for new strategy options. |

Adult Ministries awarded Servant Leadership Awards to seven individuals who have demonstrated outstanding service in the areas of Adult Ministries, Prime Time Ministries, Single Adult Ministries, Men's Ministries, Women's Ministries, Family Life Ministries, and Continuing Lay Training (CLT). |
